  • Street medicine for people living unsheltered

    The Street Medicine Team is a partnership with Public Health — Seattle & King County and Downtown Emergency Services. It was born out of the recognized need to bring health services directly to those living unsheltered in our communities.

    Our mission to ensure people who are unsheltered in King County have access to the health care they deserve, on their terms. We provide person centered services that are equitable and racially just through a harm reduction, trauma informed lens.

  • Emerald City Resource Guide

    The guide is distributed through a network of over 200 partners including a peer network of vendors, service providers, metro bus drivers, emergency first responders, and more. As more agencies move their information online, this printed guide is available for people who do not have reliable access to technology to connect to supportive service

  • Country Doctor Community Health Centers

    CDCHC- We welcome patients from every lifestyle, sexual or gender expression, community and nationality. We heartily welcome all traditional and non-traditional patients, including families and children, people from every country and lifestyle, those with or without insurance or Medicaid, just out of incarceration, or currently homeless. We also offer PrEP — an HIV prevention medication – and substance use management. Our staff work hard to ask every patient their preferred name and pronoun. If you prefer you may pre-register online in the privacy of your home. Gender neutral bathrooms are easily available.

    ACRS promotes social justice and the well-being and empowerment of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other underserved communities – including immigrants, refugees, and American-born – by developing, providing and advocating for innovative, effective and efficient community-based multilingual and multicultural services.

  • SWOP Behind Bars

    SWOP Behind Bars is a national grassroots social justice network dedicated to the fundamental human rights of sex workers, victims of trafficking, and their communities with a focus on those currently incarcerated or seeking re-entry. SWOP BB centers the voices of sex workers and trafficking victims as we work to end violence and stigma by providing resources, community-building projects, educational programs, and advocacy.

  • Public Health Sexual Health Clinic at Harborview

    The Sexual Health Clinic (SHC) provides both appointments and walk-ins. You will be seen regardless of your ability to pay. Payment for medical services is based on a sliding fee scale.

  • REACH- Evergreen Treatment Services

    We believe that all King County residents – whether they sleep in a tent or a downtown condo – deserve dignity and respect. Since 1996, REACH has worked to improve the quality of life for adults in the greater Seattle area who are living outside, many of whom have substance use disorders.
